Sorry for not giving more detail about the Outlook 98 problems.
Here is my question.
A few of my users are having problems accessing exchange mail via Outlook 98. It show an error of Retry, Work Offline and Help.
Sometime they can get accessto their email, but a few times, they got a Retry message.
When selecting a Retry, it works.
Most PCs are up-to-date patches & security.
Clients have about 10 messages in their mail box.
Why does this happen?
