Several users at my site experience a problem creating a signature in Outlook 98. After they go through all of the steps to create the signature and press the finish button they receive the error about this program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. Then Outlook closes and doesn’t create a siganture. We are running Windows 95 and have our policies locked down.
