I have a lady at my work that schedules appointments on her calender on Outlook 98. Either the appointments are for busy, or for out of the office. When someone else pulls up the appointments, and checks attendee availability the women out of the office shows up as available??? The appointments in the originals womens calender show up as busy in blue, and out of the office in purple. It worked in the past without having to supply permission to anyone else? Please help me with this….
