The user is running win95 and office97 with outlook 98. Everytime the user opens his outlook up he simple gets the message. “the operation failed” user then clicks ok and outlook works fine. The message is very annoying. I have uninstalled outlook and re-installed outlook. I also uninstalled Mcafee. The message comes up when outlook has be executed. user does use personal folders.
