HELP…I have read and deleted e-mail that I no longer need but they keep coming back. After deletion the e-mail returns as an unread message multiple times and continues to come in as long as Outlook remains open. I have searched virus reports but haven’t found anything to help. Exchange 5.5 with SP 6, build 1381 with Outlook 98 is used. This problem occurs when using LAN access or RAS. It doesn’t seem to matter.
Please let me know if you have a resolution to my problem.
