I have a user that says that when someone sends her mail, it takes to long
for her to recieve it.
I checked and it is not the server.
I sent her 3 mails and she did not receive it BUT when she clicked on one of
the Outlook items such as Calendar, then all the mail comes into her
mailbox. I sent her 2 more mails and she did not get them. I asked her to
click on her Calendar and then the mail came into her inbox.
It seems that her Oulook will not check for new mail OR will not receive new
mail until it is envoked or woken up by clicking on one of the Outlook items
such as Calendar.
Most people at our site are OK, but there are a few users that this happens
to.
Question: Is there a way to fix this? For it is now affecting a couple
more users.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
