I have a client who has many Contacts with email addresses in the Email3 field. He wishes to send a particular message to his Contacts using their Email3 address, NOT their Email1 (default) address.
We can view the Contacts by Phone List, and sort by the Email3 column, thus grouping the Contacts that have the Email3 field occupied. What we can’t figure out is how to address a message to the Email3 address — OL98 defaults to using the Email1 address.
