A client is running Exchange Server 5.5 with service pack 3 on an NT 4. server that has service pack 5. If I login at the server as the Exchange Admin I can open that users mailbox.
If I login at the server as a different user I cannot open that users mail box. The user account existance is confirmed from looking in the Exchange admin screen. When I setup the Outlook (97) client the name specified underlined so I know I have it correct.
I need this mailbox to work because it is needed by Backup Exec to backup the server and Exchange.
Help please
