Help: In Outlook 2k, when I send mail, I receive the following error message

Note: I am able to set up my email account on the server and on the client ‘OUTLOOK’, I choose Tools, Accounts, Add, entered my name, my SMTP and Pop 3 were abc.com and my account name was jdough@abc.com. Even when I changed the account name to jdough, it still doesn’t sent the word attachment. In the word doc, all i typed is ‘this is a test email’
