    Outlook and Exchange

    I am running Exhange Server 5.5 and my clients are using Outlook 2000. One of the users has accidentally set up Outlook so that all the info is stored on her local PC in personal folders. Therefore she cannot access her stuff remotely like my other users can because the data is not kept on the server. Is there an easy way to get this info back to Exhange from the local PC’s personal folder?? She has a lot of info in Outlook(email, calendar, tasks, etc.)

      First, you have to reset her Outlook. But, before you do that export her Outlook Today and all the subfolders. How? Click on File Import/Export to a file, to a *.pst file. Keep it ona safe place. Now right-click on the Outlook icon on the desktop, go properties and profile. Delete the existing profile. Now add new profile, Exchange, and fill-up the rest of the info.
      Now that you’re done, import back all the info. That’s it!
