How do I resolve the problem below? Thanks in advance for your help.
When I archive (once a week), I get the message:
Errors occurred while archiving. Look for a detailed report in your
Deleted Items folder.
When I look in the Deleted Items folder, I see the message:
Error while archiving folder “Inbox” in store “Mailbox – Roy
Balcom”. Some items could not be copied. They were either moved or deleted,
or access was denied.
Error while archiving folder “Sent Items” in store “Mailbox – Roy
Balcom”. Some items could not be copied. They were either moved or deleted,
or access was denied.
Problems in this situation:
1) Just from the above, I can’t tell which items were causing the
problem.
2) I can’t tell if information is being lost, that is, if I am
losing messages in the process.
