I have a user that when entering names in outlook, it is not saving the cache when logging out. Because on login again, the names are not autofilling.
I have heard it is an n2k file that stores this info, but cannot find it (either local, or roaming and have looked for hidden files). I have read that it saves it in a different place in a roaming profile.
Has anyone had this problem before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
