I have a user that enters contacts into her bosses contact list by opening his contacts in Outlook 2000. She can enter and save contacts but once saved she can not view the new contact. He can see the contact immediatly and she can see the conact ifshe connects to his mailbox using Outlook Web Access. She can also see the contact if she sets up an outlook profile and connects to Exchange using his account. Also anyone else that connects to his contacts list can see the new contacts. She can see old contact that were entered by him before a certain date.
We have uninstalled outlook and Office, deleted her profile from the local machine had her logon a different computer. She can not see the new contacts. She does not have any rules applied to her view and has delegate permisions on his conatcts folder.
