OUTLOOK CONFLICTS WITH ACCESS??

I am running a win2k network at a small company. A couple of people use MS ACCESS 97 and when they upgrade their outlook to 2000, it conflicts with some of the reports they run in ACCESS. If they try to print a page of labels, it will come out with a page that says #ERROR. Any ideas? It only happens when they install anything after OUTLOOK 97, if we were to reinstall OUTLOOK 97, it works fine. Thank you.
