I am running a win2k network at a small company. A couple of people use MS ACCESS 97 and when they upgrade their outlook to 2000, it conflicts with some of the reports they run in ACCESS. If they try to print a page of labels, it will come out with a page that says #ERROR. Any ideas? It only happens when they install anything after OUTLOOK 97, if we were to reinstall OUTLOOK 97, it works fine. Thank you.

Access 97 requires the older ODBC drivers. Outlook 2000 uses the newer version.
Your two choices are:

Upgrade to Access 2000,
Uninstall Outlook 2000, and use Outlook 97/98.

Heres another question for you.
When i am using outlook 97, it ALWAYS freezes ever since we upgraded our servers to win2k. Any thoughts on this?

ODBC drivers should be backward compatible. Try to create a new ODBC datalink after Outlook 2000 has been installed.
