Hi. On Microsoft Office Outlook when printing the paper type changes from letter or legal to bond. this is screwing everyone up because its a network printer and once outlook changes the settings it then applies it to all the clients. I dont understand why its doing this. I’ve reverted to old printer drivers and have fresh installed them on the server. Still this issue comes up.
