Outlook contacts delegate adds are priva

By brdall ·
I have a user who needs to add and manage contacts for another user. She has delegate access and it works fine, but when she adds a contact it always shows up as private, so she can't see it from then on. Is there a way she can add a contact without it being marked private? Currently she has to ask them to clear the privacy flag for her.

Try changing the permissions on the Contacts folder to "Editor". Right click on Contacts, select properties, pemissions tab, change users role to Editor.

You need to change her senistivy level:

You can mark all of the messages you send with the same sensitivity level. On the Tools menu in the main window, click Options, click the Preferences tab, and then click E-Mail Options. Click Advanced E-Mail Options, and then in the Set sensitivity box, click the sensitivity level you want.
