everytime I attempt to start outlook I get the error box “Error Starting Program” with the text ‘The OUTLLIB.DLL file is linked to missing export MSO9.DLL:939’
I have even tried to replace MSO9, and the same result occured. does anyone know which file(s) I have to replace? I can’t reinstall MS OFFICE because the installer is corrupt also,(yes I tried reinstalling it off of the office disk) MSIEXEC just crashes. The rest of office works, except for outlook. Any ideas?
