I’ve been trying to find out why a user’s Outlook 2000 deletes his mail after he closes it. It doesn’t move to a new folder or to deleted items. It’s just gone. There is nothing in the Options anywhere that have a choice to do this and thereIS NOT a virus on the machine. I’ve used the repair feature on the Office SR-1 disc, uninstalled and renistalled, and even deleted his profile off of the machine and reconfigured it. Has anyone ever had this problem before?
