When I do a new install of windows or a drive goes bad and need to re-install windows, one of the most diffucult problems I have is to locate the directory and the stored files for outlook. I need to find the contact address book and the messages. I cannot find where outlook stores these, could you please just spell out where this directory and/or stored files are? thanks, Vin — software@electranetinc.com
