Outlook displaying wrong time

We are using exchange 2000
and outlook 2000 for the clients
When i send an appointment or sometimes even an email the times seems to be an hour out.
The clock on the pc and the server are correct.
Also in outlook properties the time zone is correct .
Any ideas
