outlook do not display on some pcs

By ssbnetadmin ·
I am experiencing a situation in which outlook is not responding on some pcs on the network, but work well on others. I have tried re-installing office2000, but this does not always work.

Tell me, What can cause outlook to work well on some systems, but not on others?

Your help will be greatly appreciated. I am using microsoft exchange server 5.5

Be sure that all pcs are up to date on security issues. Go to www.windowsupdate.microsoft.com and install all critical updates.

I live with it every single day. Some cases it's the proxy not responding as quickly, network connectivity. some computer may have massave amounts of TSR's running, try to shut off as many as possible, except the virus ones...I am always turning offthe microsoft agent, (the stupid paper clip help guy) he has a tendency to lock up around here, and because you can't see him, you don't realize it. Another problem I have found is that mapisp32 gets stuck on it's way up. because the mapi is ACTUALLY part of Outlook Express and not from Outlook reinstalling Office will do nothing, (note Outlook Express comes with Windows, not Office)
Good Luck..
