SMS was used to install Outlook 97 and some of the users e-mail editor is grayed out with WORD in the field. I have uninstalled Outlook and reinstalled with no change. I am currently testing Office2000 install. I had a PC with WORD as the e-mail editor that could not change. I did the upgrade to Office/Outlook2000 and the editor changed to Outlook Rich Text but the field was still grayed out. Does anyone have any solutions?
