Hi all,
This question is related to Outlook and Exchange (i guess)…I work on a support center and we receive a lot of emails daily. Thing is that after weekends Outlook takes a lot of time updating over 9000 emails sometimes (4 – 5 hours). Most of this emails are alerts from servers, they have client only rules, but what i want is to know if there is any way to have priority on other folders or a rule for this.
any suggestions?
