Hi,
The company I work for occasionally has emails to a shared mailbox which appear in an Asian font. When the email is deleted it then appears in romanised characters.
The emails themselves are trustworthy and from English speaking people, not in the language that first appears.
This has occured with several different senders and multiple users have spotted this so isn’t an issue that is localised to one person.
I have tried various things like building fresh PC’s, creating new test accounts and updated the OS (now Windows 7 and Exchange 2010) but still they keep coming in.
Any ideas what may cause this?
