Outlook emails with <cr> from Blat

I am having trouble with including carriage returns or line breaks in text e-mails.

I am using Blat to create and send the e-mail to our exchange server. When I open the resulting email in Outlook, there is no carriage return. All the rest ofthe text in the message appears fine.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions!
