My Outlook 2000 quite working. I ahve tryed to reinstall or repair but no luck. On one attempt I searched and removed all refferences to Outlook from the Registry still no luck. The first Error as Outlook loads is “Microsoft Outlook cannot run the add-in, Microsoft Outlook cannot install the necessary files due to Windows installer error 1606 ERROR_UNKNOWN_FEATURE ” I have to click ok about ten to twenty times then the next Error “The add-in D:\programs\office\office\SBCMSYNC.DLL could notbe installed or loaded the problem may be resolved by Detect and repair” I click ok and then “An OLE Registration error occurred. This program is not correctly installed. Run setup again for the program.” I click ok and the program closes.
What can I do?
