We have several workstations used by several different users. The workstations are logged into once. The one person will look at their outlook. Then the next one will want to see their e-mail etc. Is there anyway to have a "popup" to ask for username/password, so noone can get into anyone else mail, without have to logout of the system(windows)and login back in???????

Outlook Mail Profile

by choonhian In reply to Outlook/Exchange

There is a way to do it. In Outlook, goto Tools/Options/Mail Services and choose "prompt for a profile to be used" and exit Outlook.

Goto control panel and create the rest of the mail profiles (In the Exchange properties of every mail profile, Select NONE for "logon network security" under Advance tab)

Duplicate all the profile settings on every workstation.

Using the above configuration, a Popup window will appear each time Outlook is started asking for which profile to be used.
