Outlook / Exchange behaving strangely

Hi all,

We have a shared mailbox + calendar that we use to keep an eye on room bookings (for meetings etc). All users have access to the calendar and a specific few are able to add bookings to the calendar. However, after upgrading outlook to 2010 from 2003, we have found that one user (out of 4 with rights to edit) is unable to add to the calendar anymore. All options are greyed out for this one user account.

Is there something I'm missing? I've checked all exchange settings in ADUC, and compared the account with others that are still able to edit the calendar but nothing strikes me as abnormal.

Any ideas?
