We are running Outlook 2003 which we publish on our Citrix Services and users access it that way. We had act installed on one of our servers and recently removed it. It added a add in and now every time you login it you get an error regarding this addin. Now you can go and remove the check mark for this addin. But how do you permanently remove an addin so it doesn’t show up anymore????
