Outlook Express

I have a computer that windows will not run and I can not repair so I’m just going to reload. Before I do so I would like to get my email address book out of Outlook Express but I can not start the software.

Any one know how or where the information is so that I can get the information for loading after I’ve reloaded windows and my applications?
