Some of our users are experiencing their e-mail disappearing from mailboxes, including the inbox. I can open the mailbox in a text editor and see the messages in the file but Outlook Express 5 does not show them. I now think the files are corrupt but how do you fix them so we can retrieve the messages? I’ve tried the “Inbox repair tool” for Outlook with no luck.
