When trying to send emails from outlook it does not go through, have to shut down the PC and restart only then one mail will go and the second mail does not go, PC needs to be restarted then the second mail goes through.
C Drive was formated and XP Professional reinstalled. had done a files and setting transfer and after installing transfered the files and setting back.
