Outlook Express 6 is slow loading

I’ve have Windows XP Pro with all the updates. I have multiple user acounts set up. When I use Outlook Express 6 under my account it loads within 6 or 7 seconds. When any of the other users log on to their respective accounts, Outlook Express 6 takes 45 seconds to load. Any ideas as to why??
