Outlook Express 6 sending problem

Hi:
After clean installation of Win 2000 and IE 6 together with Outlook Express 6, the mail program won’t send or reply to messages. Receiving is fine.
SMTP works just fine on my server, the problem is with the network PC.
Any help?
