    My email now appears to be delivered to my delete box instead of my inbox.

      This is what happens when you use message blocking– goto Tools> Message Rules> Blocked Senders List. In this list if there is one– anyone on it will be sent directly to the Deleted Items Folder. If there is no one on the list you may be looking for a virus or other infection that will change outlook settings.
