I am having a problem with OE 5.5 and WIN NT 4.0. Every time I am using it, It is kind of slow and if I try to send a message, it takes forever fro the typing to show at the screen.I go to the Task manager and see that the CPU usage is 100% used. I restart the program and do the samething over and over. What do you recommend or think is wrong with this program. I will appreciate your help.
