Help! My OE (V 5.5) mail folders start growing too big and slow down processing, so I want to archive a few of them. So:
* Manually move mail older than e.g. 6 months to a special folder
* Export the folder contents to outside OE
* Then delete inOE
The archive location/system must still be capable of browsing through the mail. The method MS proposes (under Help – Backup OE), copying the complete message folder file (DBX) to elsewhere, just seems far too user-unfriendly and then I’d stillneed OE at that other location too.
Any tips for a tool solving this issue? Freeware, shareware, trialware (willing to pay a reasonable price for a real ‘utility’ like this…)
