Using Outlook Express version 4.72.31101 all messages are received in duplicate and none of them can be deleted. When trying to delete them a box shows stating “The selected messages could lnot be deleted. An error has coccurred.”
When the Deleted Items folder is opened no messages come up and and a box shows stating “outlook Express could not be started”. How do I cure these problems?
