Users outlook express is erroring with:
“Outlook express encountered an error while displaying this message. Outlook
cannot display this message because it has not been downloaded.” When trying to preview/ open a given msg. It isn’t possible to fwd the msg.
The user’s on Windows NT workstation, downloading mail with POP. This problem only occurred for a few messages from a given day, all msgs before and since have been fine.
Checking for the mail again is futile as the msgs have alreadydownloaded from her box to her computer, when trying to send/receive once it prompted “Insufficient space to download”, there is enough space on the disk
I don’t need ideas to solve the problem as the msgs were not needed and so there’s no fix needed. I would like to know if anyone else has seen and or solved this?
