I have an NT 4.0 Workstation and Outlook Express 5.5. It does NOT have the SWITCH IDENTITIES choice under FILE like it’s supposed to. The NT 4.0 is from my company, and the Express I just downloaded. I think there must be something in my registryblocking this. The cable company says they have NT and Express 5.0 and it works. The 5.5 has the HELP options for Identity switching, but the option is NOT under FILE. There is a Grayed Out Exit and Log Off Identity, but that’s not what I want anyway. I am DESPARATE!
