I have had this problem with 98SE and Windows 2000 Pro and Outlook Express.
What happens is if, for example, you click on a website link that is supposed to open a new mail for you ready to send.
All that happens is I get loads and loads of Internet Explorer windows will come up, it does eventually stop.
I have also noticed that I cannot set Outlook Express as the default mail handler,
it will allow you to change but will not keep the change.
I have “fixed ” it by reloading IE5.
But I am interested to know if anybody else has had this problem and what they did to solve it.
