I have a archive folder in my outlook 2000 folder list. A month ago, the user was able to access the folder. The archive .pst file is located on her hard-drive. The current situation is that the folder is not accessible, I mean get the message “Fileaccess is denied. You do not have permission required to acces the file c:\path_name.” I have tried to copy the file elsewhere and I still get the same error, I have changed the attribute and the same thing, I’m running out of options, so I need help. I have even tried to run the scanpst utiliy, nothing.
