I am using Outlook 2000 on an Exchange server and we have recently created a public folder for people to use.
This folder consists of many sub folders which need to have the same people having the same permissions for each. Is it possible to batch add users into multiple folders? The only way we have found is to add each user to each folder one at a time. We are dealing with approx 100 folders, and 30-40 users. Doing them one by one is very tedious.
Does anyone have any suggestions on this?
