I’m trying to create a custom form in outlook 2003 for my company’s imaging department.
It’s going to be an imaging request with about 7 different questions.
Right now we have a template that people copy and paste to an email and send to our imaging person.
I’d rather have a custom form that everyone can click on, fill in the blanks to the questions and email that to our imaging person.
Any tips?
I wanted to use infopath for this, I felt the form would look much nicer, but I couldn’t find anywhere where infopath and outlook would work together except for in office 2003.
