I’m a helpdesk tech with a problem that I have not found an answer to yet. We run NT4 and Outlook 97. At times Outlook freezes up and refuses to close, so I go to task manager and end task to close it. I reopen Outlook and within less than a minute it freezes again. I finally determined that it is running my CPU resources up to 100%. No other program open is affected. An answer to why this is happening and what can be done to prevent it would be greatly appreciated as it is also happening with another person.
