We have a single domain Exchange 5.5. server.
All of sudden every users Outlook is hanging when you start the program. It takes about 3-5 minutes for Outlook to open. Once its open mail pops and send fine. We are using Outlook 97/Office 97 in a mixed 9x/w2k envirnoment. It is happening on all systems. Our server is running SP4 for exchange and SP6a for Windows NT. I have the transaction logs on a 4GB drive and 3.5 GB free. I have the priv.edb and pub.edb and ds.edb on a 18GB drive with 16GB free. I have run the performance optimizer and reapplied both the OS service pack and Exchange service pack. Any ideas what is causing the hang.
