Outlook Header Printing Attachment Field

By Baltierra ·
Ok Need some help.

I have Outlook 2003 and when I print a email the header info comes out. With TO and From also Subject. However, I can not get it to print the Attachment field.

Has anyone ran into this? Any advise will be great..

Thanks

M$ states that your issue is correct with the application of SP1 for Office 2003...

If that fails for the email in question my guess is that the email is formatted HTML and if so complete the following process and you will get your print with attachments;

Open the email
Goto Edit ... select Edit this message
Goto Format ... change the format to plain text...
Print message

Hi Bjnjii,

My problem is a little different then yours. But for IE to not print the header and footer of a page. Just open your report. Once you have done this. In IE go to file in the top right coner then page setup. You will see a field called header and a field called footer. Just earse what ever is in there and click ok.

Then print your page. This will resolve your IE problem with the Header and footer printing.

Thanks

Install Office 2003 SP3. This fixed the error for me.
