I have a network of about 30 computers on a Novell Network, 2000 server, and internet email connected to a home office. We have a lot of people that do not have a distribution list and some people that have not updated in a LONG time. We also havepeople that have updated about everyday. One big problem that I have faced is that I need to get people a copy of the distribution list without duplicating entries. One more big problem is that some people have personal info about a person and if you import and replace duplicates they loose the info and if you do not import duplicates, you do not get update distribution groups. How can I resolve this issue without having everyone retype their list??
