OUTLOOK: How to share an “All Documents” Search Folder?

scenario: assistent with delegated rights from manager needs to have an “All documents” view on the inbox and folders of the manager.

From this view the assistent should be able to process mails from the manager: forward, reply, …

The shared view must include all mails: Inbox, Folders, SubFolders, … and show all actions on the mails (eg Reply date).

Is there any way to create this functionality in Outlook?
(outlook version is 2003)
