Outlook HTML message print Help Needed

If I receive a outlook message in HTML format it want print. Can send it to someone else and they can print it fine. Can print plain text and rich text formated messages with no problem. I have check everything. Any solutions put there?

Here are some suggestions. To read the MS articles, type the Q number in the search box at technet.microsoft.com

Double-click the message to open it, and then on the File menu, click Print.

Set your default MESSAGE format to html prior to printing and you should get full control over the printout and be able to print multiple html messages.
